What organizations tell me:
What universities tell me:
The common root: knowledge is delivered, but never anchored in identity. That is exactly where I work.
Most providers come from one world: academics teach theory, trainers deliver tools, coaches work with individuals. I bring all three.
25 years of teaching at more than 15 universities and business schools in 10 countries, mostly in English · Every course and syllabus designed by me · 500 theses supervised · Doctorate, WU Vienna · Published in the Journal of International Marketing
Courses built from scratch for your context, academic credibility, deep experience with international and multicultural cohorts

Identity & Visibility Mentoring · Many years as an educator and trainer in mindset work · Host of curated Identity Retreats and the BrandsTalk podcast
Change that lasts beyond the workshop day
My guiding principle: It's not about changing people. It's about helping them become more of who they already are, and bring that into their role with impact.
Identity-Based Leadership
Leading from clarity, not from title. For new leaders, teams in transition, and succession planning.
Executive Presence
Impact in the boardroom, with clients, and on stage. Presence that is embodied, not performed.
Leadership & Personal Branding
What does this leader stand for, inside and outside the organization? Visibility with substance, including on LinkedIn.
Corporate Identity & Employer Brand
When leadership identity and brand identity drift apart, both lose credibility.
Marketing & Internationalization
International marketing, global brand management and internationalization strategies. My core academic field for 25 years, taught across Europe, Asia, and North America.
Cross-Cultural Leadership & Identity
How identity shapes leadership across cultures. For international teams, global roles and leaders working between headquarters and local markets, built on years of teaching cross-cultural management to students from all over the world.
Mindset & Transformation
Mental strength, decision clarity and leading through uncertainty, grounded in my long-standing work as an educator and trainer in mindset development.

I began my career in international aviation, leading crews and serving guests from around the world. Corporate roles followed, then a doctorate at WU Vienna and 25 years of teaching at more than 15 universities in 10 countries, most of it in English.
I designed every one of my courses myself, from global brand management to cross-cultural management.
Through BridgetBrands, I work with leaders, founders, and organizations on identity, positioning, and visibility. I host the BrandsTalk podcast, I am an author, and I create curated Identity Retreats.
Mindset work has been at the heart of my teaching and training for many years: how people think, decide, and lead under pressure. It is the layer most leadership programs skip, and the one that makes change last.
What clients value most: I am equally at home in the lecture hall, the boardroom, and a confidential 1:1. And I connect people across those worlds.
